Job summary

Alldus seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join a large-scale ServiceNow environment supporting a federal customer. You will contribute to upgrades and new implementations across a multi-module instance, delivering secure and compliant solutions for a federal agency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications in production environments.
• Experience with a large or complex ServiceNow instance.
• Ability to work on-site in Reston or Chantilly, VA as required.
• CSA certification or equivalent demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items.
• Support and participate in platform upgrades, including testing, remediation, and post-upgrade validation.
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and other methods.
• Write clean, maintainable scripts and follow established coding standards.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a large-scale ServiceNow environment supporting a federal customer. In this role, you will contribute to a mix of platform upgrades and new implementations across a complex, multi-module ServiceNow instance. You will work as part of a collaborative team delivering secure, compliant solutions that meet the needs of a federal agency. Candidates who are strong in one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or custom applications) and who can quickly ramp up on additional areas are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items
• Support and participate in platform upgrades, including testing, remediation, and post-upgrade validation
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and other methods
• Write clean, maintainable scripts and follow established coding and configuration standards
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet federal security and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, production support tickets
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications in a production environment
• Experience working in a large or complex ServiceNow instance
• Ability to work on-site in Reston or Chantilly, VA as required
