Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join an Agile team supporting federal IT modernization, architecting, building, and integrating cutting-edge infrastructure for sensitive missions.

Onsite in the Washington, DC area with an active TS/SCI clearance required; you will design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules and workflows, collaborating with engineering and ops to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance; ability to pass additional suitability screenings.
• At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, including upgrades.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience design, develop and support technology infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration with a virtual team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Build forms, reports, views, workflows, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
• Develop integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades and documentation.
• Design solutions aligned with CMDB data quality and governance.
