• Provide operations support for deployed ServiceNow apps.
• Maintain progress documents and communicate with stakeholders.
• Bi-weekly brief managers on project status.
• Support automation initiatives and suggest workflow improvements.
• Coordinate development requests per DOE/NNSA guidance.
