Job summary

Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise apps on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM and Service Portals in an agile setting.

You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows and integrations, collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and tech teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions with HTML/CSS/AngularJS front-ends and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development or enterprise application development (CSM or similar)
• Experience building Service Portals with HTML, CSS, AngularJS and responsive design
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credentials (required)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications with emphasis on CSM and Service Portals
• Build and customize Service Portals using HTML, CSS, AngularJS and responsive design
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Apply agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlogs and sprint delivery
• Use Excel, ServiceNow reporting and analytics to design dashboards and monitor KPIs
• Configure and leverage ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
• Manage application lifecycle including version control, testing, deployment planning and post-release support
• Engage stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into technical designs
• Ensure proper roles and access controls within ServiceNow for security and compliance
