BizTek People in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver development and customization on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, focusing on ITSM today with ITBM soon. The role requires strong JavaScript and Angular skills, ITIL knowledge, and experience with CMDB, Asset Management, and Change Management.

Experience with AWS integrations to ServiceNow and ServiceNow Administration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations.
• Experience with ITSM; ITBM modules in production soon.
• Strong JavaScript and Angular development skills.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred.
• Experience with Asset Management, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver applications support through development and customization via the ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Support out-of-the-box applications including Problem, Change, Incident, Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Management
• Understand and represent ITIL/ITSM processes to other business partners
