Responsibilities

• Own the development of the ServiceNow platform to standardize intake, workflow orchestration, and integrations.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues related to functionality and performance.
• Test, deploy, and document ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with standards.
• Assist in upgrading instances and applying patches.
