Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Tampa, FL is seeking an IT ServiceNow Developer to provide technical and programming support for our ServiceNow IT Service Management solution. The role focuses on researching, planning, coordinating, and delivering ServiceNow-based application solutions.

Responsibilities include building and customizing ServiceNow implementations, automating tasks, documenting requirements and specs, data management, and deploying new releases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as System Administrator/Developer.
• 2+ years scripting/coding (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AngularJS).
• 2+ years with LDAP/Active Directory and Single Sign-On.
• 3+ years IT Service Delivery.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (Remedy/HP/ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize ServiceNow implementations from requirements to coding and execution.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting within ServiceNow.
• Create requirements docs and technical specs.
• Explain complex concepts in business terms.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Research and deploy new ServiceNow releases and enhancements.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample data.
• Respond quickly to production outages and critical issues.
