Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and implement a comprehensive ITSM REST API integration within Power Automate and Azure OpenAI. The role emphasizes full ticket lifecycle handling, context extraction, and AI-assisted responses for incident management.

Position is on-site at the Beltsville, MD office with occasional travel to the Washington, DC office. You will configure custom fields, work notes, routing, and SLA rules to support the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow integrations with ITSM REST API.
• Experience with incident search, read, update via REST API.
• Experience configuring fields, forms, and business rules on the Incident table.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflows.
• Experience in federal government or regulated environment.
• Active TS clearance or ability to obtain TS; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement bidirectional ServiceNow integration via ITSM REST API.
• Develop ticket search with CVE identifier, asset name, and user from email.
• Build ticket context retrieval for AI prompt enrichment.
• Implement ticket update work notes with AI guidance and timestamp.
• Maintain thread tracking across emails and SNOW tickets.
• Configure AI fields on Incident table and routing/SLA rules.
• Provide secure API credentials guidance and integrate with Power Platform.
• Produce integration documentation and handoff.
