Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and implement bidirectional SNOW integration in a Power Automate and Azure OpenAI environment. On-site in Beltsville, MD with some DC travel, you will enable end-to-end ticket lifecycle automation from search to updates.

The role requires ITSM REST API expertise, incident handling, and security clearance readiness. US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing ServiceNow integrations with ITSM REST API.
Experience reading, updating, and searching incident records via REST API.
Experience configuring custom fields, layouts, and business rules on ServiceNow Incident tables.

Responsibilities

Implement ServiceNow ITSM REST API integration from Power Automate and Azure OpenAI.
Design ticket lookup with partial matches and multi-ticket scenarios; trigger fallback flow when needed.
Build context extraction for AI prompts: vulnerability, CVE, asset, group, status, and notes.
Append emails, AI guidance, analyst name, timestamps, and case IDs as work notes on tickets.
Maintain thread consistency by linking subsequent emails to the same ticket.
