Triunity Software, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support seamless digital workflows for clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement ITSM/ITOM modules, and drive integrations via REST/SOAP APIs while performing platform upgrades and maintenance in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability.
• Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
