Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • 2+ years of experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and Asset Management.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including custom scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions), workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including SOAP/REST web services and MID Server-based integrations.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Data Model, and best practices for CI relationship mapping.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly related to Configuration Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery tool and configuration of probes and sensors.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB is a plus.
