Job summary

Rapid Eagle Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design and maintain data-driven dashboards and KPIs in a Dallas, TX environment. You will analyze ServiceNow data across ITSM and CMDB, ensuring governance and data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Onsite role in Dallas, TX, with a focus on analytics, reporting, and data integrity within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CMDB experience with an understanding of data makeup.
• Ability to analyze data including Certification Attestation Validation.

Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs for ServiceNow performance.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and ITSM/CMDB systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, HR, Finance to identify trends and insights.
• Data Governance: Ensure data quality and identify anomalies or irregularities in ServiceNow data.
