Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to maintain and enhance the ITSM suite. You will translate user needs into technical specifications, develop scripts, workflows, and rules, and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure smooth operation for end users.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ITSM, ITIL process familiarity, and relevant ServiceNow certifications. Washington releases and current ServiceNow versions should be familiar.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience designing and implementing ITSM solutions with understanding of ITIL processes.
• ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow related certifications preferred (CompTIA A++).
• Experience using Washington releases and recent ServiceNow versions.
