Job summary

KLA's IT group seeks a Delivery Operations & Delivery Lead for the ServiceNow Platform. The role partners with platform teams, business stakeholders, and process owners to prioritize, coordinate, and optimize platform investments. You will help drive adoption and value across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related work experience of 8 years; Master’s 6; Doctorate 3 years.
• Hybrid role: minimum 3 days onsite per week at Midwest HQ in Ann Arbor, MI.
• Experience delivering platform governance and stakeholder engagement across ITSM/CSM.
• Experience coordinating delivery, backlog, roadmaps, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across ServiceNow development, administration, and CMDB teams.
• Drive visibility into priorities, capacity, and progress.
• Facilitate intake, triage, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
