Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team is seeking a Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs across multiple workstreams, from mobilization through go-live, and ensure successful transition to operations. You will drive governance, planning, and stakeholder communications, coordinating onshore and offshore delivery while guiding pre-sales to delivery handoffs.

The role requires 6+ years of ServiceNow program leadership in a consulting or professional services setting,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
Establish delivery governance and planning across IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, and TPRM.
Manage stakeholder engagement and executive reporting with KPIs, value realization, and adoption metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore and offshore models.
Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff, including scoping, staffing, delivery approaches, and transition-to-operations readiness.
Mentor and provide clear guidance to others.
Support on-time delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Travel up to 50% as needed.
