Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs across multiple workstreams, from mobilization through go-live and transition, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and quality management.

The successful candidate will typically have 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs, 5+ years leading multi-workstream deliveries using Agile or hybrid methods, and 50% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methods.
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, and change control for ServiceNow programs.
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
• Set up delivery governance and operating rhythms; drive backlog, sprint, and release planning across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications; enable decisions with KPI, value realization, and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore and offshore models; mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff activities, including scoping, staffing plans, and transition-to-operations readiness.
• Mentor team members and provide clear guidance to ensure delivery excellence.
