Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful engagements.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years managing ServiceNow initiatives, 5+ years across multi-workstream deliveries, and strong leadership in hybrid/agile environments. Remote work options and travel are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or Business Admin.
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing setting.
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries with backlog, sprint, and release management.
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, and change control for ServiceNow programs.
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Ability to travel ~50% and willingness to work with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization to go-live.
• Establish delivery governance, planning, and KPI tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Engage stakeholders and report progress to executives with clear value realization metrics.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and vendors in onshore/offshore models.
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff, including scoping and staffing plans.
• Mentor teams and provide clear guidance to project staff.
