iTech AG seeks a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead presales, develop in-house lab solutions, and support multiple federal contracts. This role requires design, integration, and implementation expertise across ITSM, ITAM/EAM, and related ServiceNow modules.

You will mentor peers, craft high-quality responses, and align technical direction with business strategy. The position emphasizes architecture leadership, compliance with ITIL/SAFe, and close collaboration with sales and delivery teams

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM/EAM implementations as an Architect.
• Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and external delivery services (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Understanding of the Federal procurement process, FAR, contracting vehicles, and related nuances.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced POCs for demos and presales.
• Translate prototypes into high-quality responses and demos across capture, proposal, and delivery lifecycles.
• Manage implementation roadmaps and align business needs with technical execution.
• Provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise for diverse projects and presales/demos.
• Mentor junior team members in demo preparation and execution.
• Shape marketing differentiators and ensure compliance with ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI guidelines.
