Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in-house lab development and demos, and multiple federal contracts. The role focuses on end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that modernize customer processes and drive growth through consulting, demos, and proposal activities.

The candidate will solve complex problems in an Agile environment, mentor teammates, and align technical direction with business objectives while leveraging ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI

Qualifications

• Hands on experience building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions with proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM/EAM implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation, and consulting new customers to ServiceNow on the Art of the Possible.
• Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications including delivery services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions either Built On or Built with offerings on the platform is preferred.
• A working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR, contracting vehicles, and the nuances is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Demos and Sales Growth by designing, developing, and operating ServiceNow prototypes and POCs for client calls.
• Support Documentation of Solutions by translating prototypes into high quality responses and demos across lifecycles.
• Design & Deliver Implementations by managing roadmaps and providing architecture and technical guidance for projects.
• Deliver Great Customer Outcomes and Service by managing customer relationships and aligning delivery with business objectives.
• Manage People & Work as a Team by mentoring junior team members and promoting team excellence.
• iTech Alignment to Culture & Company by influencing culture and aligning units with strategy.
• Support Marketing & Differentiators by shaping marketing strategies and crafting proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows.
• Align with Industry on Certifications by following ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, PMI and related best practices.
