Qualifications

• Knowledge of system integrations via REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAML/OIDC, and secure authentication methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions to enhance customer service operations.
• Lead end-to-end implementations and develop robust reports and dashboards.
• Automate workflows and ensure platform security and performance.
