Cardinal Health seeks a Manager for the ServiceNow Core Platform and AI to own the multi-year strategy and drive modernization across the enterprise. You will lead the US-based team and partner with offshore squads to deliver platform governance, reliability, and scalable operations.

You will champion AI enablement like Now Assist and AI-powered automation, balancing architectural governance with business outcomes while reducing technical debt and manual effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large enterprise platform capabilities at scale.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow core platform administration, security, integrations, upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow core platform.
• Lead and develop a high-performing ServiceNow Core Platform organization.
• Set objectives aligned to enterprise priorities and technical capability.
• Promote modernization, automation, and self-service while reducing customizations.
