The Manager will drive modernization, standardization, and automation while reducing customization and technical debt. You will enable enterprise AI capabilities like Now Assist and AI Agents across product domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large enterprise platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow at enterprise scale.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow core platform.
• Lead and develop a high-performing ServiceNow Core Platform organization.
• Set objectives tied to platform outcomes and priorities.
• Foster continuous learning, experimentation, knowledge sharing.
• Develop succession plans for critical platform roles.
• Promote cross-training, mentoring, and reusable playbooks.
• Maintain engineer-led culture while empowering specialists.
