Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager, ServiceNow Core Platform and AI, to lead the enterprise ServiceNow core platform strategy, governance, and modernization. You will partner with offshore leadership to align strategy, platform engineering, operations, and delivery.

You will champion automation, self-service, and reduced technical debt while enabling enterprise AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-assisted development. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Significant experience managing a large enterprise platform or shared technology capability.
Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow core platform capabilities at enterprise scale.
Experience developing platform strategy, roadmaps, governance, operating models, and investment priorities.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, architecture, security, integrations, upgrades, and automation.
Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation in enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow core platform.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ServiceNow Core Platform organization.
Set objectives aligned to platform outcomes and enterprise priorities.
Create an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Develop succession plans for critical platform responsibilities.
Promote cross-training and reusable playbooks.
Maintain an engineer-led culture while empowering specialists.
Assist in leading the Platform team Agile process and Citizen Developer program.
