Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager for the ServiceNow Core Platform and AI to lead the enterprise platform strategy, governance, reliability, modernization, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with offshore leadership to align strategy, platform engineering, operations, and delivery across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes reducing technical debt, standardization, automation, and self-service while enabling AI use cases across Now Assist, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow core platform at enterprise scale.
• Experience with platform strategy, governance and investment priorities.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow admin, security, upgrades, and automation.
• Exposure to generative AI and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow core platform.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing platform organization.
• Set objectives aligned to enterprise priorities and platform outcomes.
• Foster continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and self-development.
• Develop succession plans and promote cross-training and playbooks.
• Maintain engineer-led culture and empower design ownership.
• Assist in leading platform Agile processes and Citizen Developer program.
