Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager for the ServiceNow Core Platform and AI to drive the strategy, governance, reliability, modernization and evolution of the enterprise ServiceNow core platform. You will partner with offshore leadership to align strategy, platform engineering, operations and stakeholder engagement across US and global teams.

The role focuses on enabling enterprise AI capabilities within ServiceNow such as Now Assist, AI Agents and AI-powered automation while simplifying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large enterprise platforms or shared tech capabilities.
• Experience leading ServiceNow core platform at enterprise scale.
• Experience shaping platform strategy, roadmaps, governance and investment priorities.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow admin, architecture, security, integrations and upgrades.
• Exposure to generative AI and intelligent automation in enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and working with offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow core platform.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ServiceNow Core Platform team.
• Set objectives aligned to platform outcomes and enterprise priorities.
• Foster continuous learning, experimentation and knowledge sharing.
• Develop succession plans for critical platform roles.
• Promote cross-training, communities of practice and reusable playbooks.
• Maintain engineer-led culture while enabling design ownership.
• Lead Platform team Agile process and Citizen Developer program.
