Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Core Platform and AI to lead strategy, governance, reliability, and modernization of the enterprise ServiceNow core platform.

You will partner with offshore teams to deliver aligned leadership across strategy, platform engineering, operations, and stakeholder engagement, while advancing AI capabilities and reducing technical debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a large enterprise platform or shared technology capability.
• Experience leading ServiceNow core platform capabilities at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, architecture, security, integrations, upgrades, and automation.
• Exposure to generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow core platform.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ServiceNow Core Platform organization.
• Set objectives tied to platform outcomes, enterprise priorities, and leadership behaviors.
• Create an environment of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop succession plans for critical platform responsibilities.
• Promote cross-training and reusable playbooks.
• Maintain an engineer-led culture while empowering specialists.
• Assist in leading the Platform team Agile process and Citizen Developer program.
