Job summary

Bridge Core seeks a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer in Herndon, VA to mature CMDB integrations, discovery schedules, and data quality in support of Zero Trust Architecture. You will work with service providers to populate CI attributes and ensure data integrity for ZTA goals.

Ideal candidates have extensive ServiceNow experience (CMDB, Asset, Change, Integrations), REST/SOAP and SQL, and experience in Agile teams. TS/SCI with poly is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Asset, Change, and integration.
• Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data formats (JSON/XML).
• Experience in Agile teams using JIRA and sprints.

Responsibilities

• Mature CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules.
• Populate ZTA-relevant attributes on Configuration Items (CIs).
• Coordinate with service providers to improve CMDB data quality.
• Create and schedule discovery jobs; maintain integrations as data sources change.
• Support ZTA tasks by providing information for customer management and evolutions.
