Job summary

C3EL is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join our Digital Modernization Group on the GSM-O II contract at Scott AFB, IL. You will support DISA networks by maintaining CM processes, overseeing CMDB labeling, and driving ServiceNow-based change and audit activities.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in CM, solid ITSM understanding, and a Secret clearance. Onsite work at Scott AFB is required; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance before start date.
• 1–3 years of CM or related IT experience.
• Basic ITSM knowledge; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Solid networking concepts understanding.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to commute to Scott AFB, IL for onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the configuration management plan, processes, standards, and tools for the DoD network.
• Support change management by evaluating and implementing changes to CIs.
• Label and identify all CIs in the CMDB.
• Receive, track, and analyze change requests in ServiceNow with proper approvals.
• Monitor progress of approved changes and verify correct implementation.
• Conduct periodic audits of CIs to ensure compliance.
• Document discrepancies between auto-discovered and documented configurations.
• Prepare and present audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to ServiceNow dashboards showing baseline CIs across DISN.
• Assist with process documentation and CM process improvements.
