Job summary

Novul Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Visualization & Configuration Management Analyst to support operations at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The role involves designing and building advanced ServiceNow visualizations and improving CMDB data integrity.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of configuration management principles. Candidates must have an active DoD Secret security clearance and a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• 4–8 years of relevant IT, ServiceNow, configuration management, or data visualization experience.
• Strong foundation in configuration management principles and practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional dashboards and visual outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deliver, and maintain complex data visualizations within ServiceNow.
• Support core configuration management functions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to improve reporting and data quality.

Skills

Advanced data visualization skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Understanding of CMDB structures

Experience with ServiceNow dashboard creation

ITIL certification or related technical certification

Education

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
