Qualifications

• 6+ years in organizational change management, training, communications, or user adoption roles.
• Active Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Experience with IT modernization or enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management efforts for ServiceNow enhancements and deployments.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across mission areas.
• Assess impacts and readiness for changes.
• Develop change management and communication plans.
• Create instructor-led and self-service training materials.
• Prepare user guides and knowledge articles.
• Capture adoption metrics and drive iterative improvements.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
