Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks a Lead ServiceNow Platform/Solution Architect to provide senior architectural oversight for the ServiceNow environment supporting OIG operations. The role focuses on architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and integrations.

The position requires an active security clearance, extensive ServiceNow experience, and the ability to collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 8+ years in IT architecture or platform leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture across modules.
• Experience in large multi-vendor, high-security environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for ServiceNow platform.
• Provide enterprise architecture, design, and governance.
• Develop target-state designs and multiyear roadmaps.
• Ensure ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM alignment.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems and data flows.
• Review architectures for leading practices and security.
• Coordinate decisions with government stakeholders and teams.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and mission priorities.
• Support development, testing, release, and sustainment activities.
• Evaluate platform advancements and fold into roadmap.
