Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in organizational change management, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or technology adoption.
• Experience supporting enterprise platform, workflow, ITSM, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies, stakeholder analyses, communications plans, training approaches, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
• Translate technical and process changes into clear messages, user impacts, role expectations, and operational guidance.
• Coordinate with product owners, process owners, Scrum Masters, training teams, service owners, and leadership stakeholders.
• Support rollout planning, release communications, office hours, user feedback loops, adoption metrics, and resistance management.
• Create user-facing materials such as FAQs, quick reference guides, process summaries, training outlines, and leadership briefings.
