Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst in Springfield, VA to advance enterprise IT service delivery on the Service+ platform for NGA. You will translate complex operational needs into scalable workflows and data-driven solutions in a secure, mission-driven environment.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience with at least 3 years on ServiceNow, ITIL familiarity, and an active TS/SCI clearance. On-site full-time work with opportunities for growth and program impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years BA experience; or Associate with 4+ years; or High School with 5+ years BA.
5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform.
Active TS/SCI Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with NGA EMS stakeholders to capture requirements. Translate business needs into ServiceNow (Service+) solutions aligned with roadmaps. Redesign processes into ITIL-aligned digital workflows.
Own the full requirements lifecycle using Agile/Scrum. Develop FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, maps and diagrams.
Support integration of enterprise monitoring tools (AIOps, ScienceLogic) into ServiceNow (Service+). Provide recommendations to enhance data visibility, automation, and dashboards.
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers to prioritize backlog items based on mission impact and NGA roadmaps. Support release planning and sprint refinement.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, coordination, and validation against requirements.
