Job summary

CBL Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst for a 2-year contract (potential for full-time) based in Atlanta, GA. The role partners with business and technical teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and shape ServiceNow solutions that address current and future needs.

You will lead stakeholder engagements, define scope and success criteria, and ensure clear acceptance criteria. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected; office presence is required (3 days a week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow platforms and understanding ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead recurring stakeholder meetings to understand needs, pain points, and current-state processes.
• Define outcomes, scope, and measurable success criteria for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Act as a trusted consultant guiding stakeholders toward scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment through the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
