Job summary

MISO seeks a ServiceNow Automation Engineer III to design and govern ITSM workflows, using Flow Designer and orchestration tools to minimize manual tasks. You will leverage AI features and integrations with monitoring/security platforms to deliver scalable, compliant automation across IT operations.

You will translate business needs into automated, auditable, scalable ServiceNow solutions, applying AI-assisted classification and decisioning to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 6 years IT/automation experience.
• 4+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain automated ServiceNow workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring and security platforms.
• Develop and support automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Refine automation logic with AI-driven models and feedback loops.
• Ensure automation is audit-ready with evidence collection and validation.
