MISO is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst in Carmel, Indiana. The role focuses on managing the CMDB and ServiceNow-based configuration management processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and security across IT services.

Your responsibilities include enhancing CMDB data integrity, delivering KPI dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to mature ITIL-based practices while enabling reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 7 years of CMDB/Configuration Management experience.
• ServiceNow experience is required; CIS/CMDB certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ITSM leadership to enhance CMDB processes using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain CMDB standards; ensure CI data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support change management; conduct configuration audits and reconciliations.
