Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to help lead an exciting new team focused on SPM/PPM.

This Architect will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand. Create the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while helping out hands‑on as needed.

What will you be doing:

Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow but in particular, focused on advancements in SPM
Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
Lead the development team & be hands‑on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out‑of‑the‑box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
