Senior ServiceNow Architect - IRM & SecOps

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to help lead an exciting team focused on IRM/GRC & Security Operations. This Architect will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand. Create the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while helping out hands‑on as needed.

Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team.
• Utilize your knowledge and work on projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow, particularly focused on advancements in IRM/GRC & SecOps.
• Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders.
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform.
• Lead the development team & be hands‑on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out‑of‑the‑box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements.

Experience

• Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• 3-5 years ServiceNow experience (minimum).
• One of the following certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance, CIS – Vendor Risk Management, CIS – Vulnerability Response, CIS – Third Party Risk Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (desired).
• Experience working on end‑to‑end IRM & SecOps implementations.
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSF, CSM, CIS, etc.).
