ServiceNow Lead Developer

Full Time-Remote but local in Missouri for occasional onsite

Salary: $130-170k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a new Partner through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform.

This Lead Developer will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand. Help the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while being hands-on as needed.

What will you be doing

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow
• Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
• Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience

• Strong ServiceNow Development experience
• 3-5 years ServiceNow experience MINIMUM
• ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
