Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent.
• Eight to ten years of relevant experience.
• ITIL certification.
• ServiceNow certification or demonstrated equivalent platform expertise.
• Experience leading ServiceNow architecture on enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of core data model, integration patterns, and environment strategy.
• Ability to document and defend architectural judgments to customers.
• Experience mentoring developers and administrators.
