Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain platform capability for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms.

This is the deepest technical role on the program, covering configuration, development, integrations, mobile capability, performance troubleshooting, and critical documentation for post-transition success. The role requires advanced ServiceNow expertise, integration experience with enterprise systems, and the ability to work iteratively against a customer-approved

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Five+ years of relevant experience.
ITIL certification.
ServiceNow certification or equivalent platform expertise.
ServiceNow integration training or certification.
ServiceNow mobile development training or certification.
Experience with ServiceNow ATF.
Federal or Legislative Branch development in change-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Platform development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform.
Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow apps and capabilities.
Design integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs and IntegrationHub.
Develop mobile capabilities and experiences within ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot performance issues and identify root causes.
Produce technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to meet requirements.
