Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to set and enforce the technical direction of the ServiceNow platform for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA).

The role requires translating business requirements into designs, establishing architectural standards, governance, and leading developers and administrators. A core part of the job is deciding on customization versus out-of-the-box solutions and defending those decisions to the customer.

Qualifications

• ITIL certification required.
• ServiceNow certification or demonstrated equivalent platform expertise.
• Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow architecture and design on enterprise implementations.
• Depth across the platform core data model, integration patterns, and instance and environment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions supporting customer business and IT needs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Produce the Customization Assessment for proposed custom development and defend your recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators and review designs for conformance to standards.
