Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to set and enforce the technical direction of the ServiceNow platform for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA). The Architect translates business requirements into designs, establishes architectural standards and governance, and provides technical leadership to developers and administrators.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree required.
Eight to ten years of relevant experience.
ITIL certification and ServiceNow certification or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow architecture in enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions supporting customer business and IT needs.
Translate business requirements into technical designs that align with ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
