Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain platform capability for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms.

This role covers configuration, application development, and integrations, delivered iteratively against a customer backlog with formal acceptance before production. The position requires advanced ServiceNow development, strong integration experience with APIs/web services, mobile app capability, and thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree.
Five or more years of relevant experience.
ITIL certification.
ServiceNow certification or demonstrated equivalent platform expertise.
Completion of ServiceNow integration training or certification.
Completion of ServiceNow mobile development training or certification.
Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Federal or Legislative Branch development experience within a change-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Platform Development and Configuration: manage, configure, develop, and implement the ServiceNow platform.
Integrations: design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Mobile Capability: develop and support ServiceNow mobile apps and experiences.
Troubleshooting and Performance: identify bottlenecks and implement root-cause solutions.
Documentation and Collaboration: create technical docs and coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams.
