Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Lead with deep hands-on expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Software Asset Management Pro (SAM Pro) to drive enterprise-wide implementations and employee experience transformation.

The role focuses on architecture, governance, and automation across HR and SAM workflows, with responsibilities to mentor teams, collaborate with HR/IT/Procurement/Finance, and deliver scalable, secure solutions leveraging CMDB, Discovery, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years IT experience with strong ServiceNow background.
• HRSD module implementation experience.
• SAM Pro and software asset management experience.
• Knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.).
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across HRSD and SAM Pro.
• Lead HRSD implementations and optimize employee lifecycle events.
• Integrate with HR systems, procurement tools, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Mentor teams and govern architectural standards.
