Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge Management expert to empower HR Colleague Experience. You will shape the HR product roadmap, collaborate across business and technical partners, and drive scalable technology solutions for HR services and knowledge management.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years developing in ServiceNow: portals, knowledge management, service delivery.
• 5+ years generating reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 3+ years owning a digital product/enterprise platform with roadmap ownership.
• 2+ years with AI-enabled capabilities in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmap.
• Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Maintain deliverable lists, timelines, and progress communications.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives.
• Oversee timely delivery of enhancements, requests and defects.
• Capture requirements, design, configure and test processes; create docs.
