Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect specializing in GRC to lead large-scale compliance initiatives. You will design and implement GRC workflows, risk assessments, and audit capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with client regulatory needs.

The role requires deep knowledge of risk management, policy and compliance, and audit processes, with a focus on scalable automation and long-term platform strategy across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, Business, or Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; 5+ years with ServiceNow; 2+ years in ServiceNow GRC.
• CSA and ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist certifications required.
• Experience architecting GRC solutions and advising on compliance platforms.
• Experience with Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit modules.
• Knowledge of NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NERC.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) expertise to lead the design and implementation of large-scale regulatory compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in translating complex compliance requirements into scalable, automated workflows that strengthen organizational risk posture.

As a key technical leader, you will drive architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow GRC capabilities- Including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management modules. You will also guide clients on best practices, regulatory frameworks, process optimization, and long-term platform strategy.

This position offers the opportunity to architect enterprise-grade GRC solutions, modernize compliance operations, and influence digital transformation across multiple industries.

Required Skills/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years with ServiceNow and 2+ years specifically in ServiceNow GRC
• 3+ years of hands-on regulatory compliance experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist certifications
• Demonstrated experience architecting and advising on GRC solutions using ServiceNow and related compliance platforms
• Experience configuring and extending Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit modules
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NERC
• Experience analyzing risk, mapping controls, and designing automated workflows for compliance monitoring
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience addressing regulatory and technical challenges involving complex ServiceNow integrations
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-series, SOC reporting)
• Background supporting utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure environments
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CIA, or similar
• Experience in state, local, or federal public sector consulting
• Familiarity with NERC CIP standards and compliance reporting requirements
• Strong communication and client advisory skills with experience guiding enterprise compliance programs
