Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, incl. architect/lead roles.
• Proven ability to design enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Experience with integrations, ITSM/ITOM and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, GRC and more.
• Architect secure integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Oversee release management, testing and platform governance.
