Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or platform architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong background in API design, integrations, and secure data flow architectures.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows such as Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority on major ServiceNow programs.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews with enterprise clients.
• Architect complex integrations with ERP, CRM, identity, and middleware platforms.
• Provide hands-on leadership to maintain delivery quality.
• Mentor consultants and developers on best practices.
