Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in ServiceNow and at least 4 years in a technical architect role.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Lead architectural reviews and solution design across ServiceNow programs.
• Provide technical leadership during client workshops and stakeholder presentations.
